All FreeHeat-supplied heat pumps come with manufacturer's warranties against defects and all FreeHeat installations are covered by FreeHeat's standard warranties provided the unit is installed and serviced by an authorised FreeHeat installer.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
· Copy of Proof of Purchase must be included with any warranty claim.
· A FreeHeat Warranty Statement must be completed and returned to FreeHeat.
· FreeHeat warranties do not cover damage to the unit caused by accident, misuse, abuse, lightning strikes, power surges, immersion in water, incorrect installation, general wear and tear, effects of corrosion due to installations in highly sulphuric and/or saline environments, unauthorised alteration, modification or repair and use other than in accordance with the instruction for operation.
To ensure years of trouble free operation of your FreeHeat supplied appliance we highly recommend seasonal maintenance checks.
Service checks are a chargeable option, however we can remind you when they are due at no extra charge.
